Interim Senior HRBP

Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of a Senior HRBP to a technology consulting company in Stockholm.

The work is both operational and project-oriented, where the responsibility is to drive and develop areas within HR such as further development of performance management including implementation and follow-up and to be a driving force in the work of designing process and content for leadership development.

 

Main duties:

  • Actively contribute to developing the HR function, where support for the business is fast, efficient, developmental, and business-oriented.
  • Act as a support, advisor and coach to managers on employee issues and labor law from a business perspective
  • Contribute with innovative proposals on how to further develop the entire employee experience, which can include onboarding as well as employee and team development, including ensuring modern and industry-leading development efforts in the form of courses, seminars and mentoring.
  • Work strategically and evaluate new opportunities in HR to strengthen the employee experience and develop and facilitate ways of working that support the leaders in the organization.

 

To be eligible for the role:

  • University degree in HR or equivalent at the employer's discretion
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Preferably have experience in the whole HR process (ARUBA), be broad + some specialized area
  • A few years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Worked in an international HR environment/company or have previously been on a growth journey starting to operate internationally
  • Have previously implemented digital support system, coordinate/participate in that change

 

About the process:

The assignment is full-time starting in January and lasting at least 6 months.
