Interim Talent Acquisition Partner

Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Partner to a fast-growing company in the SaaS/Tech sector in an exciting expansion phase, based in Stockholm. The role involves an operational responsibility for managing an extensive amount of ongoing and upcoming recruitments in the Nordic market, with a focus on Sweden. The assignment aims to ensure operational capacity and maintain a high recruitment rate during a period of strong growth. You will contribute to efficient processes and professional candidate work, reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

 

Main duties:

 

  • Takes full responsibility for their processes and has the ability to run them independently.
  • Responsible for drawing up requirement profiles for future recruitments and advertisements.
  • Actively seek out and contact candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter with a focus on headhunting.
  • Manage inbound candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure that timeframes for feedback and time to fill are met.
  • Conduct initial interviews and present a shortlist to hiring managers.
  • Ensure that the company's brand is communicated positively and leaves a good impression on the market.

 

To be eligible for the role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a background in a recruitment agency.
  • Proven experience in headhunting and active search.
  • Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter with good knowledge of different search strategies.
  • Ability to take full responsibility for their processes and run them independently from start to finish.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

  • Experience from SaaS/Tech companies.
  • Experience in recruitment for commercial roles.
  • Experience with ATS systems such as Talentadore, Teamtailor or Workday.

Personal characteristics:

  • Good interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • High energy with a proactive approach, curiously asking questions and providing clarity in a changing environment.

About the process

The assignment starts immediately and runs until Friday, July 3, 2026, with a strong possibility of extension.
The deadline for applications is 29/5 and interviews with the customer will take place in connection with that.
