Interim Recruiter
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim recruiter for one of the larger companies in management consulting. The position is based in Stockholm.
The assignment is to support the Nordic organization with the company's recruitment assignments. This involves both administering the recruitment process and participating in and taking responsibility for the various stages of the recruitment process.
Main duties are:
· Find candidates and present them to the hiring manager
· Plan and schedule interviews, act as a contact person for candidates
· Conduct interviews
· Assess candidates
· Development of processes that support and guide recruitment
· Various recruitment administration tasks
To be eligible for the position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment in a high-performance environment. You should enjoy working in an environment where change is part of everyday life and where new tasks often arise.
The assignment is for a minimum of 3 months with significant opportunities for extension, and the position is available immediately. Candidates will be presented on an ongoing basis.
