Interim Project Manager QA Specialist
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Project Manager QA Specialist. As Interim Project Manager QA Specialist, strategic responsibility is combined with operational work in a growing, international organization. The focus is on change management, compliance and sustainable quality practices.
Main duties:
- Lead and drive a quality-related change project with a focus on upgrading systems, practices and processes.
- Ensure that quality work meets regulatory and compliance requirements in close collaboration with both operational and strategic functions.
- Develop, update and implement procedures, processes and SOPs within the GMP framework.
- Structuring the project, driving activities forward while contributing operationally in the implementation where needed.
- Support the organization in quality controls, case management and closure of non-conformities.
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior experience in quality project management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or other regulated activities.
- Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and experience with quality systems and working with SOPs.
- Ability to combine strategic perspective with operational “hands on” work in complex environments.
- Strong drive, autonomy and ability to engage and lead people in change.
- Relevant education and/or equivalent industry experience and very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
About the process:
