Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the task of appointing an Interim Production Manager for a service and maintenance company in Stockholm.
As Production Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and building the business. This role is for someone who enjoys leading through others, creating structure, and helping people and the business grow together.
Main duties:
- Establish clear work procedures, ensure the right skills, and foster strong employee engagement.
- Create a secure and self-sufficient production environment through targeted employee development and clear career paths.
- Actively identify and implement process improvements that strengthen operational capabilities.
- Ensure the highest quality, maximum customer satisfaction, and strong profitability over time.
To be eligible for the role:
- Documented experience working in large, complex organizations.
- Proven track record of leading through other managers and leaders.
- Proven experience in managing results, budgets, and the P&L.
- Experience leading organizational development and driving successful change initiatives.
