Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a interim People & Culture Business Partner to a PE owned international tech company with HQ in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strengthen the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
- Support recruitment processes and ensure smooth, engaging onboarding for new team members.
- Contribute to compensation and benefits work, including implementing fair and transparent pay practices in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Maintain compliance with Nordic labor laws and internal People & Culture policies.
- Analyze and report on People & Culture data to identify trends, guide decision‑making, and improve processes.
- Continuously develop and refine the People & Culture practices to support a healthy, compliant and forward‑leaning work environment.
Requirements:
- Broad experience across the employee lifecycle in fast‑paced, international environments.
- Strong business understanding and ability to connect people initiatives with organizational goals.
- Solid knowledge of Nordic labor laws; U.S. employment experience is a plus.
- Collaborative, curious and hands‑on, with a willingness to work both strategically and operationally.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Interest in how AI can enhance People & Culture processes and employee experience.
