Interim Maintenance Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Maintenance Manager at a large manufacturing company in the Östergötland region.
As Maintenance Manager, you will report to the Technical Manager and contribute to a high level of service, development, and planning in the maintenance department.
Main duties:
- Personnel responsibility for a maintenance organization with approximately 8–10 direct reports
- Ensure a safe work environment and high availability
- Requirements Definition, Project Management
- Analysis, assessment, coordination, and planning
- Responsibility for Maintenance Systems – Maintenance and Updates
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- A technical college degree or equivalent professional experience
- You are a confident and experienced leader and manager
- You have a solid foundation in general engineering
- Experience with PLC programming
- Experience with industry standards
- Knowledge of CE marking for machinery is a plus.
- Experience with Maint Master is a plus
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 4–6 months, with the possibility of an extension. Start as soon as possible. Candidates will be presented to the client no later than September 10.
