Interim Internal Recruiter
Interim Search is seeking an interim intern recruiter on behalf of a client. The company operates in the software industry; it is expanding rapidly and needs an interim intern recruiter for two to three days per week over the next six months.
Your assignment is to identify and evaluate the leading recruitment firms within the company’s core business, to assist with and procure recruitment services, and to ensure their delivery. In phase two, you will conduct the initial interviews, provide support to members of the company’s management team, and help drive the recruitment processes to a successful conclusion.
To be considered for this position, you must have recently worked on similar tasks, either in your role as an HR manager at a small or medium-sized company, as an HR Business Partner, as an in-house recruiter, or at a recruitment firm. Experience recruiting IT staff and working with fast-growing companies is a plus.
The assignment begins on November 2, 2015, but the start date is flexible within November. We will present candidates on October 26 at 3:00 p.m., and interviews will take place from the 27th to the 30th of the same month.
