Interim HRBP
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HRBP to a manufacturing company within FMCG with operations throughout Sweden. The position is located in central Sweden.
Main duties:

Act as a strategic sounding board and close partner to the Director responsible.

Lead and manage local MBL negotiations and trade union relations at the sites.

Move flexibly between the different geographical production units to build strong, trusting relationships with both management, supervisors and employees on site.

Coach and support line managers in their leadership, people issues, conflict management and in driving change processes in a dynamic environment.

Work on succession planning, talent management and organizational structure to ensure that sites have the right skills and staffing both now and in the future.

Drive and develop the strategic work on health, safety and a good safety culture.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in broad HR work in manufacturing, logistics or FMCG.
- Knowledge of Swedish labor law, documented experience of independently conducting local trade union negotiations and handling complex work environment and rehabilitation cases.
- High flexibility and ability to independently plan your work across multiple sites.
About the process
The assignment is expected to last for about 6 months full time starting immediately. We present candidates to the customer on 12/6 and interviews with the customer company take place week 25.
