Interim HR Generalist
Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim HR Generalist to an exciting and fast-growing tech company based in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Ensure high quality of recruitment and onboarding
- Driving the development of HR processes and policies
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding
- Ensure succession plans and drive talent development
- Coaching managers on HR-related issues
- Driving employer branding and other HR-related projects
- Supporting team leaders with HR administration
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic education in behavioral science or economics with a focus on organizational development or similar
- Experience in general HR work, at least 5 years
- Experience in fast moving IT company, at least 5 years
- Ability to write and speak Swedish and English fluently
- Good communication skills and easy to cooperate
- A forward-thinking attitude and motivated by change and challenges
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 6 months at 100 % in scope. Start immediately.
We will present candidates on March 29 in the morning and interviews at the client company will be held the same day in the afternoon.
