Interim HR Business Partner
Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim HRBP for an international medical technology company based in Copenhagen. This assignment involves broad HR responsibility with a focus on driving and developing the HR agenda in Denmark and Norway, in close collaboration with the Nordic management team. The role combines operational delivery with strategic partnership and requires a confident HR leader capable of translating strategy into concrete business support.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle for assigned countries in close cooperation with the HR Service Team.
- Drives adaptation & execution of strategic HR programs in the country cluster.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to local management, supporting business-related HR matters.
- Ensure adherence to HR processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the harmonization and development of HR processes within the region.
- Work with KPIs and HR analytics to monitor and develop operations.
- Actively contribute to the Nordic HR team's projects and initiatives.
Requirements for the role:
- At least 5-7 years of qualified HR experience within an international or complex organization.
- Experience working at both an operational and strategic level.
- Documented experience in recruitment and developing talent acquisition processes.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing managers and employees.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes in the Nordic region.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Academic degree in HR, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
- Fluency in Danish and English, proficiency in additional Nordic languages is a strong merit.
Preferred merits:
- Experience from MedTech, Life Science, or other regulated industries.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Experience working within matrix organizations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data-driven follow-ups.

About the process:
This is a full-time interim assignment starting immediately. The duration is initially approximately 9 months.
