Interim Group Manager Production
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Group Manager within production for a company in the Stockholm area.
As Interim Group Manager, you are responsible for a production department of about 20 people where production runs in 3 shifts. The role involves an independent and developing work where you are part of a business area together with a number of managerial colleagues and report to the workshop manager.
Main duties:
- You are responsible for a fleet of machines with a high technical level. Around you, you have the support of a technical and maintenance organization where you prioritize and act according to the department's objectives.
- Delivering results in production through clear and present leadership.
- Shift work.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Relevant education preferably with a technical focus.
- Previous experience in management of collective workers.
- Experience in manufacturing and process industries.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately and lasts at least 12 months.
