Interim Group CEO
Interim Search has been given the opportunity to appoint an Interim Group CEO to an international industrial company in Norway.
We are looking for a well-experienced Group CEO with an industrial background to lead a major turnaround. The company has 700 employees and is owned by a global private equity firm. This role reports to the Chairman of the Board.
Main responsibilities
- Lead a major turnaround.
- Align cost structure to current sales levels.
- Responsibility for 10 directly reporting managers.
To be considered for the role
- Previous experience as CEO in large, international companies (>1 billion SEK).
- Documented experiences with large industrial turnarounds with success in the last 2-4 years as a
Chief Executive Officer. - Previous experience with industrial companies and sales.
- Experience in crisis management, including media relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English, with all stakeholders.
- Strong and proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a dynamic and
changing environment. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- It is advantageous if you have experience with private equity firms.
About the process
The assignment is full-time, starting early December, and is expected to last at least 12 months. We review and present candidates continuously, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter. International travel will be required for the position.
