Do you want to work as a Finance Manager where you handle everything from big to small, a role with the opportunity to influence the development of a growing company in Sweden?
Main duties:
As a finance manager at our customer in Västergötland, you have the opportunity to influence the company's working methods and structures within the framework of finance, for example, develop processes around supplier invoice management, financial statements, salaries, etc.
You will be responsible for the administrative part of the Swedish operations but also work closely with our management abroad.
Your duties will include preparing and analyzing reports, financial statements (monthly/annual), tax returns (tax/VAT/income) and annual reports (K3). You will be in regular contact with authorities, suppliers, auditors, etc. Your work will also involve the preparation and follow-up of budgets/forecasts/key figures/KPI.
Transaction-based flows such as posting of supplier invoices, payments etc. are managed via our shared service center.
Who we are looking for:
It would be an advantage if you have previously worked as a Financial Controller or Financial Manager.
We see you as a person who is flexible and analytical. You have a good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping while understanding financial flows and what contributes to profitability.
The pace of work varies throughout the year, so we look for you to be able to work flexibly and handle stress well. We support each other between our work areas, so you shouldn't be afraid to take on things that are outside your normal duties.

- Microsoft Dynamics Navision
You should have a very good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for at least 3 months starting December 15, for the right person this assignment can lead to a permanent position. We will present candidates on November 18 and customer interviews will be held in connection with this.
