Interim Accounting Manager

Main duties

• Overall responsibility for the accounting function and ensuring effective and efficient accounting and reporting processes.
• Act as a change leader by reviewing, identifying, quality assuring and structuring existing processes.
• Provide stable and reliable leadership support in a period of change and temporary management structures.
• Manage and strengthen existing accounting, internal control and compliance frameworks.

To be eligible for the assignment

• Solid experience in the role of Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager or equivalent, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience in structuring and improving financial and accounting processes in fast-paced and complex organizations.
• Used to working operationally and hands-on with the whole accounting process, with very good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Confident, clear and decisive leader who creates trust and calm through structure and prioritization.
• Strong process understanding and habit of structuring ways of working in fast-paced environments with high demands and parallel deliveries.
• Prestigious and solution-oriented with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a business and take responsibility in challenging situations.

About the process
