Interim Chief Financial Officer  

In the role of Finance Manager, you support the business in overall financial matters as well as VAT and tax for real estate accounting. Coach and lead the team and quality assure the accounting. As well as continuously working to improve, streamline and digitize processes. You report to the CFO. Your workplace will be both in Stockholm and in Nyköping as your team is located in both cities.

Main duties:

• Manage and coach the finance department
• Staff responsibilities 20 direct reports
• Planning and quality assurance of quarterly and annual accounts at company level, excluding consolidated accounts
• Ensure quality and support the preparation of the AR
• Income tax returns
• Drive and be responsible for system issues and streamline processes in the accounting area
• Involved in the ongoing system change of the financial system
• Involved in the purchase and sale of properties and companies
• Establish a timetable for the quarterly accounts of the whole group
• Activation of projects and project completion (refurbishment or new construction of buildings)

To be eligible for the role:

• Previously worked operationally with qualified accounting in property management (VAT, tax, etc.)
• 3-5 years of experience in a real estate management company
• Experience in preparing AR and knowledge in VAT and tax.
• A skilled and committed leader with experience in coaching leadership and used to working in a changing organization.
• Fluent in Swedish
• Academic degree in economics or equivalent.
• Unpretentious, responsible and confident
• Solution-oriented, likes structure and thorough
