Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search har fått i uppdrag att tillsätta en Interim Ekonomichef till ett svenskt bolag som omsätter cirka 150 miljoner kronor med 35 medarbetare. Bolaget är verksamt inom FMCG, med placering i Gävle. I rollen som Ekonomichef kommer du att övervaka bolagets finansiella verksamhet och hantera alla aspekter av finansiella frågor och beslutsfattande. Du kommer att arbeta nära VD och ingå i ledningsgruppen samt interagera med investerare och andra intressenter.
Main duties:
- You are responsible for and manage the financial work of the company.
- You are expected to proactively analyze and manage all financial decisions.
- You are responsible for the ongoing control and analysis of the company's financial position and internal structure.
- You have overall responsibility for the company's finances, budget and forecasting process.
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day financial accounting.
- You are expected to develop the finance function's ability to set relevant KPIs to achieve improvements, as well as to spot deviations.
- Ongoing support to the CEO and ongoing reporting to the Board.
Who we are looking for:
- Academic degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 5-10 års erfarenhet av redovisning.
- You have experience and thrive in an analytical, business and operational role.
- You have a commercial focus and are a key person in driving the business forward.
- Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English.
- Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande roll anses meriterande.
- Tidigare erfarenhet från att arbeta inom FMCG eller Food & retail anses meriterande.

Uppdraget beräknas pågå under 3 månader med start omgående och förväntas sedan övergå till en permanent anställning.
