Interim Chief Financial Officer

The role involves both practical operational work and participation in strategic decision-making.
the work. The position is part of the management team and is expected to participate in
to drive the development of the business. Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for ongoing accounting and other administration
• Responsibility for coordinating and finalizing budgets, forecasts, and
  year-end closing and auditing
• Responsibility for project reporting
• Responsibility for financing issues such as investment calculations,
  liquidity plans, loan management, etc.
• Ensuring good internal control
• Budget and performance responsibility for operational support and follow-up responsibility
  for company-wide costs

You have a degree in economics or equivalent. You have worked with
at least ten years of qualified financial work experience, and it is a requirement that you have had some
form of managerial responsibility. You are well versed in accounting, financial statements, and
financing issues, and it is important that you have experience in the real estate industry
and good system support skills. The assignment is approximately 5 months long and candidates are expected to live within commuting distance.
