Interim Project Manager - Industrial Investments
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Project Manager - Industrial Investments to a reputable industrial company with ongoing major investment projects in central Sweden.
Main duties
- Lead and manage industrial investment projects in the implementation phase.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors and hired resources.
- Setting, monitoring and reporting milestones, risks and actions.
- Lead the project organization and have staff responsibility for about 10 people.
- Report status, deviations and decisions to the steering group.
To be eligible for the role
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, of which at least 3 years in heavy industry
- You have a good technical understanding.
- You have experience in investment projects related to mechanical equipment.
- You are used to working in a managerial capacity with planning, monitoring and reporting.
- You have experience in human resources management or small team management.
- If you have training as a mechanical engineer or equivalent technical training, it is highly advantageous.
About the process
