Interim HR Subproject Manager
Interim Search har fått förtroendet att tillsätta en interim Delprojektledare HR till ett internationellt företag i Oslo. Uppdraget är en del av ett omfattande förändringsprogram där bolaget etablerar en global serviceorganisation för att standardisera och utveckla stödprocesser inom bland annat HR. Vi söker en driven och strukturerad konsult som trivs i en internationell miljö och vill bidra i ett komplext förändringsprojekt. Du har ett starkt eget driv, är prestigelös och har förmågan att skapa struktur, koordinera aktiviteter och säkerställa framdrift i projekt.
Main duties
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out project activities
- Participate in and follow up on status meetings
- Identify, define, and monitor risks
- Develop and update communication plans
- Ensure that project documentation is in order
- Contribute to business development and organizational development
- Plan and lead workshops
- Support the lead project manager in day-to-day project delivery and ensure that activities are carried out according to plan
To be eligible for the role, you must
- A university degree in HR or economics
- Experience with development and change projects
- Experience from a global or international organization
- Excellent administrative and coordination skills
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Opportunity to travel and work on-site at the client's location in Oslo
Meritorious
- Experience with Workday (HR)
- Experience with ServiceNow (case management)
- Experience with international transformation or change projects
About the process
