Interim Customer Service Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Customer Service Manager for a growth company in the service sector.
Main tasks and responsibilities;
- Responsibility for leading, motivating and developing the customer service team towards set goals and to ensure a positive customer experience
- Personal responsibility for 2 Team Leaders and overall responsibility for the unit of up to 40 people
- Measuring and analyzing customer feedback, constantly working on service processes and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and effective service level compliance
- Ensure customers receive timely, efficient and accurate support, maintain positive brand image and foster long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience and solve any problems or issues
To be eligible for the role;
- Experience in a similar position with personal responsibility
- Industry experience in retail, online commerce, telecom or similar would be advantageous
- Used to measuring what you do, striving for continuous improvement, streamlining processes and structure
- Preferably experience and knowledge in AI / AI bot
About the process;
The assignment starts on 1/9, is of 100 % and is expected to last for about 6 months.
We conduct interviews v 33-34, present candidates iv 34 and interviews with clients take place in connection with that.
