Interim Chief Operating Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim COO for Footway. In five years, the company has established itself as the Nordic region's largest online shoe store and the growth journey has only just begun.
We are now looking for an interim operational manager on behalf of Footway who will have a major role in the company's continued growth. Footway currently has 35 employees at the office in Kista, is present in 11 European countries, is profitable and had a turnover of 250 MSEK in 2015. The aim is to achieve sales in the billions. Footway has just moved into new premises on floor 31 of Victoria Tower in Kista, Stockholm
Responsibilities as interim COO:
- As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for logistics, customer support and the company's physical outlet.
- You lead, streamline, improve operations.
- Not least - spreading job satisfaction among employees.
Who we are looking for:
- To be considered for this role, you should be curious, enjoy a fast pace and be driven to improve processes.
- It's a plus if you have experience in logistics, retail and customer support, ideally from a fast-growing e-commerce company.
- You have leadership experience, negotiation skills and a proven track record of improving customer experiences.
The assignment is expected to start on February 13 and last for six months. For the right person, the assignment can be converted into a job after the assignment is completed.
