Interim COO Vehicle
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim COO to a company in the automotive industry in Ulricehamn.
Kunden är i behov av en Interim COO Fordon som kan leda och driva arbetet med deras taktuppbyggnad på inledningsvis en produktkategori.
Main duties:
- Ensure that productivity-enhancing line investments meet requirements and are put into operation
- Structure and optimize the flow of work on the line.
- Securing materials for assembly.
- Ensure the quality of the delivery.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience as a production manager or clear production management assignment in a leading role.
- Broad experience in leading and implementing change
- Vehicle experience related to production.
- Experience in establishing capacity and capability studies.
- Academic background in the field of engineering.
About the process:
