Interim Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Controller to a manufacturing company in the process industry with a turnover of several billion.
As Interim Controller you report to the Finance Manager
Main duties
- You are responsible for the controlling work
- Your main task is to set new internal processes for the controlling work, e.g. create a better follow-up of customers and items and review the existing calculation system to create a better analysis of calculations and pricing
- In the role, you will have many interfaces with production, quality, marketing and IT, among others
- You will also act as a mentor with responsibility for coaching and training one of the client's economists who will eventually take over the role of regular controller.
Who we are looking for:
- You are a senior controller with +10 years of experience
- You have solid experience in manufacturing production and are familiar with product costing
- You have solid experience in the processes of controlling in manufacturing companies
- You have a mentoring profile and a pedagogical flair for teaching
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- You have a university degree or equivalent knowledge
- Experience in interim assignments would be an advantage
About the process
The assignment is 100% of full-time, but the client is willing to hire part-time candidate if it would facilitate the candidate. Start date is immediate and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
