Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a large company in Stockholm that belongs to an international group. The company is in an intensive phase of change and the current CFO needs a person who can step into his role for a period in the Stockholm office.
Your mission is to take over the majority of the current CFO's tasks for a period where the main focus right now is changes on the system side where they implement SAP and make changes to the support systems. At the same time, work is underway in the finance function where more tasks are transferred to the group's international shared service center. The assignment also includes being able to relieve the Accounting Manager. The staff responsibility is currently three people.
To be relevant for the assignment, you have a background in accounting, most likely you have been an Accounting Manager earlier in your career and have recently had a role as CFO. You are a confident leader, motivated by running projects and stimulated by change management. You are system strong and experience of SAP implementation is an advantage.
The assignment is full-time starting September 19, it is expected to last three months with good opportunities for extension. We will present candidates on Monday, September 12, 2016 and interviews will take place on Wednesday the 13th.
