Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim consultant to a reputable credit company in Stockholm.
As an Interim Operational Excellence Manager, your role is to lead projects:
- Evaluate and formulate an action plan to relieve customer service over the phone to handle more cases online
- Develop a strategy to attract, develop, and retain competent staff
- Develop a plan for skills development
- Develop new processes and procedures to streamline administrative work in the department.
- Developing upselling opportunities
- Develop cooperation with other departments and functions to increase efficiency
The assignment will last six months, starting as soon as possible.
To be relevant for the assignment, you should have solid experience of working with improvements in a similar role in the near future. Experience from lean and project management is advantageous, as well as in banking & finance and IT, and you are educational. The assignment is full-time with a flexible start.
