Interim Chief Executive Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim CEO for a medium-sized company in central Sweden.
Main duties:
- Have overall responsibility for the company's strategy, profitability and daily operations (P&L responsibility).
- Lead and develop a competent team and ensure an efficient organization.
- Drive the company's continued expansion and development.
- Ensure operational excellence by focusing on process improvements and streamlining operations.
- Driving the pace of innovation in product development and technological solutions.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and act as the primary link between the Board and operational management.
To be eligible for the role:
- A university or civil engineering degree is required.
- Proven success as CEO of medium to large companies.
- Experience in industrial companies - preferably contract manufacturing, production or processing of materials or technical component solutions.
- Experience in process plants is an advantage.
- International experience would be an advantage.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately, is full-time and is expected to last approximately 8 months.
We present candidates in week 43 and interviews with clients take place in connection with that.
