Interim Business Developer (Job ID: 3812 )
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Business Developer for a municipally owned company in Stockholm.
The company was founded in 2016 and has around 100 employees. The focus has been on getting system support and processes in place and now they need to take the next step in their development. The assignment focuses on supporting the CEO and other managers with the strategic work ahead.
Main duties:
- Drive work to improve strategy and working practices
- Supporting projects and management in terms of priorities, approaches and methods.
- Working with management systems
- Running various projects
- Driving change management
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior business developer
- Leader of change
- Coaching approach
- Leadership experiences
- Experience of previously running a similar assignment is an advantage.
About the process:
The assignment is approximately 50% starting in week 3 and lasting at least 6 months.
