Interim Business Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Business Controller for an IT company. The company has grown significantly in recent years and currently operates in over ten countries and has 500 employees. The company is headquartered in central Stockholm.
In this role, your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Work closely with the CFO and lighten their workload
- Focus on the 2017 budget process
- Improve and develop processes for budgeting and forecasting
- Be responsible for the business system and for developing budget, forecasting, and monitoring tools
- Improve the company's cash flow planning
- Guide and support managers on financial matters
- Analysis of Results and Outcomes, and Improvement Measures
- Develop key performance indicators for the board and management
- Ad hoc analyses to improve business performance, structure, profitability, and efficiency
