Interim Senior Business Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior Business Controller for a company in Helsingborg with a turnover of several billion.
In the role of interim Senior Business Controller, you will work in an operational and central role for a business area. You will meet the units in the Nordics and Europe to create a solid understanding of the business.
Main duties:
- Responsible for a business area with financial reporting, analysis of costs and revenues, budget and forecast
- Close cooperation with managers on performance monitoring of activities
- Creating a basis for business reviews
- Participate in the business area's management team and provide decision-making support
- Assist in projects and analysis
- Responsible for ensuring that the results are in accordance with each country's accounting rules
- Support the business in accounting-related matters
- Report to Head of Business Control and Business Area Manager
- Continuously develop and streamline the Business Control function
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Many years of experience as an employee and consultant in the role of Business Controller and business partner in medium-sized companies
- International experience
- Good knowledge of both English and Swedish
- Good ability to understand accounting
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months starting June 1st. We will present candidates on May 27 and interviews with the client company will take place on May 28.
