Interim Business Area Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Business Area Manager with responsibility for service and aftermarket. The role has a clear business focus that involves driving results, strengthening customer value and having a business-oriented leadership. The position is located in southwest Sweden. Travel occurs in the service.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for after-sales and service in a geographically dispersed organization.
- Profit and budget responsibility with a focus on profitability and growth.
- Ensuring that the company's overall strategy is put into practice.
- Manage, engage and develop staff in the service organization characterized by change and development.
To be eligible for the role:
- Senior and confident leader with the ability to create structure, clarity and results.
- Many years of experience in overall responsibility for after-sales and service in geographically dispersed organization.
- Solid experience in budget and performance management with a focus on monitoring, control and profitability development.
- Trustworthy, confident and communicative with strong ability to engage, influence and create participation.
