Interim Salesforce Project Lead
Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Salesforce Project Lead for a modern consulting firm that helps companies navigate the digital landscape.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead local enablement sessions and hands-on training for all end users at your site; identify, develop, and support super users to serve as ongoing local Salesforce champions.
- Create and adapt training materials to the local context and user needs. Testing & Quality Assurance.
- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Lead and Opportunity functionality.
- Document, track, and escalate issues or feedback to the central project team.
- Verify that local workflows and processes are correctly reflected in the system configuration for Rollout & Change Adoption.
- Lead local change management initiatives to support user adoption of Lead Opp processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local users during the rollout period.
- Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address resistance or low engagement.
- Gather and relay structured user feedback to the central Planning & Coordination team for continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage local project activities in accordance with the central program timeline.
- Maintain clear communication between local stakeholders and the central project team.
- Prepare regular status updates and identify risks or obstacles in a timely manner.
To be considered for the role:
- +2 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, with a specific focus on the Sales Cloud and Opportunity Management modules.
- A proven track record of coordinating and executing local implementations or rollouts of CRM systems.
- Proven experience in coordinating and driving user adoption, managing resistance, and guiding teams through behavioral changes during system transitions.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, conducting hands-on training sessions, and building and supporting networks of local “Super Users.”.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English
About the process:
The position is full-time (100%), begins immediately, and is expected to last for 6 months.
Candidate presentations will take place on July 9, followed by client interviews on July 10.
