Interim Salesforce Project Lead

Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim Salesforce Project Lead for a modern consulting firm helping companies navigate the digital landscape.

 

Sentrale ansvarsområder:

  • Lead local enablement sessions and hands-on training for all end users at your site dentify, develop, and support super users to act as ongoing local Salesforce champions.
  • Create and adapt training materials for local context and user needs Testing & Quality Assurance.
  • Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Lead and Opportunity functionality.
  • Document, track, and escalate issues or feedback to the central project team.
  • Validate that local workflows and processes are correctly reflected in the system configuration Rollout & Change Adoption.
  • Drive local change management activities to support user adoption of Lead Opp processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local users during the rollout period.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address resistance or low engagement.
  • Gather and relay structured user feedback to the central team for continuous improvement Planning & Coordination.
  • Plan and manage local project activities in alignment with the central programme timeline.
  • Maintain clear communication between local stakeholders and the central project team.
  • Prepare regular status updates and flag risks or blockers in a timely manner.

 

For å komme i betraktning for rollen:

  • +2 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, specifically focused on Sales Cloud and Opportunity Management modules.
  • Proven track record of coordinating and executing local implementations or rollouts of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and driving user adoption, managing resistance, and guiding teams through behavioral shifts during system transitions.
  • Background in facilitating workshops, conducting hands-on training sessions, and building/supporting networks of local “Super Users”.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in swedish and english

 

Om prosessen:

The assignment is full-time (100%), starting immediately and is expected to last for 6 months.

Candidate presentations will take place July 9th, followed by client interviews July 10th.
