Interim HRBP
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Business Partner to a company in the Stockholm area.
Main duties:
- Support and coach managers on HR-related issues and act as a strategic partner in understanding business priorities, challenges and future needs.
- Advise on employee relations issues, work environment issues and drive organizational development and change initiatives.
- Managing complex labor law cases, including unionization and negotiations.
- Work data-driven with HR KPIs and analytics to enable fact-based decisions and develop people strategies.
- Ensure quality and business value in annual HR processes such as performance management, salary review, talent development and employee engagement.
- Engage with global and local HR stakeholders and contribute to ongoing projects.
To be eligible for the role:
- Academic degree in HR or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in a Strategic HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
- Comfortable in supporting and coaching managers at different levels on complex HR issues.
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor law.
- Very good communication skills in English as the corporate language is English.
- Experience in a tech company or fast-growing international environment is an advantage.
