Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Chief Commercial Officer for a major company in consumer tech. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 1.2 billion and operates in an international market.
Main responsibilities:;
- Reports to CEO and member of management team
- Personnel responsibility for 4 international Regional Sales Managers
- Responsibility to lead and develop strategic and operational transformation of sales organization
- Develop and lead the execution of the company's overall revenue strategy, optimizing existing revenue streams and strengthening new revenue opportunities
- Constantly pursue and further develop
sales culture in the company
To be eligible for the role;
- Several years of experience as a commercial leader, Chief Commercial/Sales Director, in FMCG or retail
- Completed transformation of sales organization in major company in international environment
- Ability to work at strategic, tactical and operational level on business development and sales
- Experience in running complex negotiation processes
- As a person and leader, you are clear, courageous, entrepreneurial with high business acumen and good management skills
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Probable educational background in business administration, finance, marketing or equivalent
About the process;
The assignment is expected to last for about 12 months, starting immediately. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company are held in connection with it.
