Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim COO to a company in the automotive industry that operates in two locations, Ulricehamn and Mölndal.
The client is in need of an Interim COO who can lead and drive the work at two of their Factories/Sites in Ulricehamn and Mölndal, (where the main location is in Ulricehamn).
Main duties:
- Ensure that productivity-enhancing line investments are compliant and operational
- Ensure that a major organizational effort made in recent years is followed up and further developed
- Structure and optimize the flow of work on the line
- Securing materials for assembly
- Ensuring the quality of delivery
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience as a production manager or clear production management assignment in a leading role
- Broad experience in leading and implementing change
- Vehicle experience related to production
- Experience in establishing capacity and capability studies
- Academic background in the field of engineering
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months starting in August. We present candidates continuously and customer interviews are conducted during August.
