For the past three years, she has been an interim consultant and has completed two long-term assignments. In new, temporary organizations, Madeleine can contribute to both strategic and operational HR. She usually helps clients build processes and is often involved in management team work, negotiations, and leadership development. Her most recent client was a global telecommunications company that needed help during a reorganization. Madeleine was a decision-maker in restructuring and outsourcing parts of the business, and she also supported managers and executives in interpreting and following policies during the change process. The assignment was extended, and the last project Madeleine carried out was to digitize parts of the HR function, which included implementing an HR system and survey tools.
