Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Operations Director for a financial services company in Stockholm. You will be responsible for a team of employees and directly reporting managers. In this role, you will report to the CEO and be part of the management team.
Main tasks:
- Responsible for the change journey of moving customers from phone calls to the web
- Challenge the organization while maintaining the company's customer vision
- Develop a strategy to attract, develop, and retain competent staff
- Continue strategic development with seven directly reporting managers to develop an action plan for digitization to move customers from phone calls to the web.
- Develop new processes and procedures to streamline administrative work in the department.
Who we are looking for:
- Senior Change Manager with experience of transitioning to digitalization
- Driven leader who can lead change internally and get employees on board
- A leader who believes in their idea, has had success in similar assignments, and has the power to drive change.
- To be eligible for the assignment, you should have solid experience of working with improvements in a similar role in the recent past.
- It is advantageous if you have implemented change processes within banking & finance or insurance companies.
About the process:
We are presenting candidates on an ongoing basis and will be conducting interviews at the client company on December 10. The assignment is expected to start in January and last for six months.
