Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a business-driven Interim HR Manager to an entrepreneurial listed company in Stockholm with more than 10 billion in turnover. The company has international operations in several countries, divided into different offices.
We are looking for a business development HR manager with a coaching and humble leadership. The company has a total of around 600 employees and the HR department consists of eight employees. The HR Manager is responsible for four business areas; L&D, Comp & Ben, HR Operations and TA. The role is part of the management team and reports to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Lead, coach and support the HR team as a day-to-day manager close to the business.
- Supporting managers in change management and developing employees.
- Manage and work on compliance with set procedures and processes.
- Unite the recruitment team that has moved from a regional work to a unit.
- Develop and oversee a new business area in networking.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have many years of experience as an HR manager with personnel responsibility, preferably in technology companies.
- You have your background in medium and/or large companies.
- You have experience in business development and people management.
- You are both operational and strategic.
- You are business-driven, entrepreneurial and humble.
About the assignment:
The assignment is expected to last 9 months, starting no later than January 1. There is a possibility of employment after the end of the assignment. The work is based in the office, with the possibility of remote work according to a hybrid model. We present candidates 24/11, and interviews with the customer take place in connection with that.
