Interim Search AB söker omgående en interim CFO till ett väletablerat företag med starka varumärken inom FMCG. Bolaget omsätter ca 300MSEK och har ca 60 anställda och kommer under 2023 att genomgå en större genomlysning där flera av bolagets strategiska och taktiska initiativ skall förändras.
Main duties:
- You are responsible for and manage the financial work of the company.
- You are expected to proactively analyze and manage all financial decisions.
- You are responsible for the ongoing control and analysis of the company's financial position and internal structure.
- You have overall responsibility for the company's finances, budget and forecasting process.
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day financial accounting.
- You are expected to develop the finance function's ability to set relevant KPIs to achieve improvements, as well as to spot deviations.
- Ongoing support to the CEO and ongoing reporting to the Board.
Who we are looking for:
- Academic degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have previous experience working in FMCG or Food & retail.
- You have experience and thrive in an analytical, business and operational role.
- You have a commercial focus and are a key person in driving the business forward.
- Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English.
