Interim Project Administrator

The Project Administrator supports project managers in the preparation of project applications, ensures the quality of project applications from an accounting and tax perspective, assists project managers and company managers in project closure and administers internal invoicing of transaction and project-related costs. In addition, participate in transactions in the areas of Project and Transaction Administration.

Main duties:

• Responsibility for quality assurance of project applications and program amendments received.
• Internal invoicing of transaction-related and project-related costs.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, reporting and financial statements for a few group companies.
• Contribute to the development of the administrative procedures for project management within the group.
• Participate in real estate and corporate transactions
• Company manager for some real estate companies with ongoing projects

To be eligible for the role:

• High school economist or equivalent knowledge acquired by other means
• At least 3 years of experience in similar tasks
• Good knowledge of systems
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Accounting skills
• Meticulous person with good planning and organizational skills
• Good ability to work with others
• Great advantage if you have worked previously in the real estate industry and have some knowledge of real estate accounting.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for 12 months (parental leave) starting mid-August. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the customer take place during week 16.
