Interim Search is growing: welcome Nathalie Löfvenmark!
Interim Search is experiencing strong growth and now welcomes a new colleague based in Gävle. Nathalie enters the role of Manager/Recruitment Consultant and contributes to the existing team with solid experience from the recruitment industry. Most recently in a commercial role as a Recruitment Consultant where she was responsible for recruiting for private and public sector, focusing on managerial and specialist roles.
A warm welcome to us, Nathalie! Tell us, why did you choose Interim Search?
Thank you, it feels great to finally be in place! I have followed Interim Search for some time and have been really impressed by the rapid growth journey. My former colleagues, Michael Schilling and Christian Richtnér, have worked at Interim Search for a few years and through them I have gained a clearer insight into the company, which only reinforced my image of a professional company with a forward-looking spirit, where the role as a recruitment consultant means that you get to work with a craft that feels incredibly exciting and rewarding I am also attracted to working with specialized roles, geographically broad across Sweden and with clients who are in various business-critical situations.
What did you work on before joining us?
I have a degree in Human Resources and after graduation started a position as a Consultant Manager at a global staffing company. There I started my journey in the recruitment and staffing industry, in 2018 I was recruited to a similar company where I had the opportunity to work with a large framework agreement customer and support them with consultant recruitment. During my last time at the company, I was a Recruitment Consultant and worked with managerial and specialist recruitment.
As you mentioned, you will now be working extensively on filling roles across Sweden, but you are based in Gävle. What is your impression of the team at the regional office?
I am the sixth employee to be recruited to the region in a fairly short time, so first of all very excited about a fast-growing team! My new colleagues are strong, professional and forward-thinking. They have welcomed me in the best possible way and in new, nice premises at Teknikparken in Gävle. We have an interesting dynamic with quite different backgrounds and experiences that will complement each other in providing clients and candidates with the best possible service and delivery.
From a broader perspective, how do you perceive the rise of the interim market in the Gävle region?
The demand for interim management has been growing rapidly nationally for a long time. In the past, the trend has been that it is mainly used in Sweden's largest cities, but we also fill a lot of assignments in Gävle, so there is a clear interest here, as well as in other medium-sized cities. I meet many candidates who choose the interim role over an employment to develop and broaden their skills even faster. There are a lot of new and experienced skills on the interim market that can help Swedish companies a lot.
