Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Senior Recruitment Specialist to a large international company. Remote working and a high degree of flexibility are offered for this assignment, which is initially for a period of 6 months.
Main duties:
- Drive and lead recruitment projects.
- Support the recruiting manager and drive the recruitment processes from start-up to contract signing.
- Support the organization with expertise in recruitment and selection, and ensure high quality throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively work to attract the right candidates through various recruitment channels and networks.
- Be involved in driving development and improving the recruitment process.
The person we are looking for:
- You have worked with talent acquisition for at least 3 years. For the customer, you are “plug & play.”.
- You have a background in large international companies and are accustomed to working with in-house recruitment.
- Relevant education in behavioral science or economics is an advantage.
- You are communicative, structured, and a good listener.
- You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
About the process:
The assignment is initially for 6 months and starts on March 1, 2022. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews will take place in the following days at the client company.
