Interim Chief Commercial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Chief Commercial Officer for a growing company within digital tech.
The role is focused on driving effective sales, marketing, and offering collaboration, resulting in accelerated growth, a stronger and more predictable sales pipeline, and increased sales cases won.
Key responsibilities:
- Owning and running the commercial sales teams.
- Defining sales strategy & tactics to increase customer base, sales pipeline and visibility.
- Helping country organizations to succeed in their commercial targets and increasing cross country sales.
- Performing practical hands-on sales work including carrying a personal sales target.
- Visualizing and communicating the impact of growth engine to the management and board.
- Contributing to the offering development.
- Participating as a member in the group management team.
- Reporting to Group Management and Country Managers
To be relevant for the role:
- Strong growth mindset and background.
- Proven track record in commercial manager positions with hands-on sales and marketing management.
- Strong personal network that supports commercial activities.
- Experience within finance, fintech, or payment verticals.
- Experience in international business including selling outside home markets.
- Willingness to travel.
- Understanding of how AI can be applied to the business and to customer solutions.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time starting in September and is expected to last for 6-12 months.
We will present candidates on September 11th and client interviews will be held in connection with it.
