Interim Senior HRBP Manager

For this role as interim Senior HRBP manager, we are looking for candidates with experience from listed companies with international operations. The role reports to the HR Managing Director / Head of HR Central Functions.

Main tasks:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable experience from Finance, PE or Tech industries and performance driven, fast paced environment.
• HR and/or HR Finance/ Management Consultant profile (preferable with Compensation & Benefits).
• Strategic and operational (details & big picture equally important).
• Project Management skills.
• Used to handle demanding stakeholders.
• Experience from Talent oriented environments with a Talent Architect mindset.
• Experience of handling growth and complexity.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for 6-8 months starting on 1 september. We interview and present candidates on an ongoing basis to the client company and the latest application date is 16th of august.
