Interim Service Delivery Lead

Your working area & responsibilities:

• Should be familiar with web services and has the base technology skills necessary to facilitate DNS configuration management to migrate, host and support live websites.
• Digital technologies and tools, Mobile application (IoS and Andriod), Mobile enterprise, Mobile application signing.
• DNS management and configuration, troubleshooting and resolving DNS for new and existing websites, including subdomains, and redirects.
• Familiarity with signing process, distribution certs and overall mobile application management withing Apple and Play stores to facilitate mobile app deployments/updates.
• Monitor alerts for WAF service and escalate as needed.  Configure web sites route through Imperva firewall service (DNS).

Qualifications and whom we are looking for:

• Additional skills needed would be familiarization with Google suite of analytics, re-captcha, and tagging tools, and also assist in config management of API integrations to various social media services; working experience with ServiceNow is a big plus.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to start in the middle of January and will go on for 6 months. We present candidates on an ongoing basis.
