Interim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Change Manager for a company in Spain. The client belongs to a European IT-group and the local organisation has 20 employees.
The company is in a difficult position and needs excellent leadership to turn the situation around. In order to be considered for this interim position you have a clear MD/Change Manager profile, with a proven track record of successful turnarounds, sales experience from the IT-industry and fluency in Spanish and English. You are available immediately after New Years Eve and have the opportunity to be in place in Spain during the assignment.
