Interim CFO

Responsibilities and main tasks:

• Responsible for the company’s finances, budget and forecasting process.
• Implement monthly  financial reports.
• Support a turnover through organic and acquisitive growth.
• Modernize and transform the finance and accounting function of a fast growing company.
• Transfer from a small scale accounting solution to a mid scale ERP solution.
• M&A activity with analysis and execution.
• Participate and prepare for Board meetings including required analysis.
• Part of the management team.

Qualifications:

• Experience of similar assignment/employment as a business oriented CFO.
• Experience of being responsible for, developing and operationally working with accounting, such as monthly financial reports.
• Experience working within a startup or mid-sized organization.
• Preferably M&A experience.
• Preferably experience from P/E owned companies.
• Preferably experience from manufacturing and international sourcing.
• Preferably experience from IFRS.
• The assignment requires you to be a Swedish citizen and pass security interviews for handling classified information.
