Interim IT Service Manager
Interim Search has been asked to appoint an interim IT Service Manager for a software company in Gothenburg. The client belongs to a Global IT-group. As Service Manager you are responsible for the operation, maintenance and support of the deployed IT Service and its Service Offerings. You will lead day-to-day activities to support and ensure quality of delivery according to agreed SLA’s.
This includes:
- Drive IT Service improvements based on the results of the measurements
- Lead and coach the team towards objectives
- Manage operational IT Service and its offerings escalations
- Ensure that appropriate frameworks are used and improved (models, methods, tools, processes, templates etc)
- Participate and support negotiations of appropriate SLAs, OLAs and Contracts
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the overall IT Service and its offerings
- Participate in Change Approval Boards to review proposed IT Service and its offerings changes
Du har 5-10 års erfaring fra lignende arbeid, og det er spesielt meritterende hvis du har erfaring fra å jobbe i et stort selskap med flere offshore leveransesentre og trives i et multikulturelt miljø.
