Interim HRBP – Romania
Interim Search has been retained to appoint an HR Business Partner for a leading international food company. In this role, the HRBP will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the factory leadership team—driving the people agenda, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning, while fostering talent development, employee engagement, and full compliance.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Factory Manager and line leadership, offering guidance on labor law, collective agreements, performance management, and organizational change.

Maintain factory organization charts, internal regulations, and HR policies while driving clear communication and employee engagement.

Lead job architecture, role evaluations, and restructuring initiatives, while contributing to the factory’s People Masterplan and aligning local HR processes with the broader TMICC organization.

Manage salary review processes, perform salary simulations, secure necessary approvals, and ensure proper implementation via payroll
Krav:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 1 year within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Change Management.

Deep understanding of employment legislation, union negotiations, and foundational HR practices.

Proficient in HR technologies such as modern HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.

Business fluent in English (mandatory); additional regional languages are a strong plus.
Om prosessen:
This is a full-time assignment estimated to last for 12 months, with start date by agreement. You will be on site in Romania 2 weeks per month.
